Bedroom

Mood Board
Design Statement
The design proposal for this master bedroom embraces functionality and relaxation. Different activities considered consist of reading and
relaxation corner, make-up station and dressing up areas with a walk-in closet behind the bed and two wall mirrors, one on each side of the bed. The mirrors, in addition to complementing the overall design, will also give a sense of depth.
The different finishes and materials incorporated in the room embraces sophistication and luxury. Considering that the room have a contrast in textures and colours, this will provide Charlotte and Elijah with a comforting sensorial experience throughout the space.
The colour palette contrast between warm and cool embraces elegance, intimacy and romance, fitting perfectly into the couple’s requests which was also to design a bedroom that would make them feel disconnected from the rest of the house while still feeling the link with the other two rooms designed in their beautiful Fitzroy townhouse.

Design Statement
The design for this child’s bedroom embraces fun, learning, imagination and relaxation.
The wallpaper resembles the hot air balloons in the sky and the pattern on the rug makes reference to the movement that flying objects make in the air.
The colours are gender neutral and
timeless, meaning Evan will be able to enjoy the bedroom for years to come as he grows up.
